About Us

My husband Chuck and I owned our own Showroom Design Center for 25 yrs. In Dallas, TX, were I went to school for Interior Design and Home Fashion. After 25 years, we sold our business and traveled for 3 1/2 yrs and then decided it was time to move back home, to Evansville, IN. I am a Westsider graduated from Reitz in '71, before that Cynthia Heights, Tekoppel, & White School. My parents still live in the same home I grew up in, over 45 yrs., you don't see that much any more.

After moving back to Evansville I took a specialty course in Home Staging, received my certification as a Certified Professional Home Stager from the leading company in the industry Home Staging Resources. I love what I do. Helping people put together something that is beautiful, whether it is staging the home they want to sell or economically redoing the home where they want to stay. Which explains my slogan:

Personal Consultation
This begins with the owner accompanying me on a complete walk through of the property. We will note overall first impressions as I take a mental inventory of what is in the space.  I will address the furniture, accessories, lighting, clutter, color, room focal points, market ready.

Hands-on Staging
All the while, keeping YOUR goals in mind, Evansville Home Staging will address the concerns identified in our home consultation.  We will work together get the home in show-ready condition. This would include curb appeal and room transformations with your furnishings and accessories as well as items we supply for staging day photos for use in your marketing efforts.  Recommendations for de-cluttering, packing, cleaning, etc. should be completed before staging day to maximize the benefits.

Open House Prep
Set your home apart from the competition on Open House Day!   Last minute accessorizing, freshening and flower arranging by Focal Point will help buyers see that yours is “the one.”

Home Staging

We are able to tell you what things would be best to go ahead and pack up or put in storage.  Staging the rest for the maximum effects to focus on the positive and down play the negative.  We can also provide this service for anyone who has accumulated a lot of things over time and just wants to get rid of clutter.  Need to get organized again?! This is a service where we shop for rental furniture & accessories to stage your home for an open house or until your home sells.  Supervising the delivery and set up of the furniture and also there for the scheduled pick up of the furniture.
